What is so special about Zeppix?

The main character is always special in some way.
Also, he beats Vaizakk, so he must be incredible strong, or have some sort of power.

What is special about Zeppix?
Is he just lucky, that he finds Vaizakk weak spot or something?
Or is he... special xD?

I think that he should be lucky:
Because he becomes a daemon at such a time, all new recruits are being trained very quickly. He therefore is as trained as daemons that have been there for years. However, Vaizakk has been training for a hundred years. I have had an idea... Maybe, all daemons have a single weak point from which they can be killed instantly, because the Creator might one day need to be rid of them.
The CADD finds these weak points on Daemons they capture and use them to destroy them without wasting bullets. Vaizakk was previously captured by the CADD. Zeppix gets onto a CADD database, and finds the weak point, so he can fight Vaizakk.

But, thats so stupid.
Ofcourse I like that you make ideas.
But, when you watch a movie, and it all turned out they can be killed instantly.
Wouldn't that be stupid?

What about this:
The Creator has another 'artifact' (or something else), wich can
destroy all daemons instantly.
He has this, to get rid of them when he needs to.
Maybe Zeppix activates this, dies, but saves the world?

I don't like that... Maybe, Zeppix doesn't beat Vaizakk in mortal combat, instead getting badly wounded himself, but manages to get the bracelet (Artifact) from Vaizakk's wrist, thus getting rid of his influence

Hm, so the main character has nothing special?
Just a regular daemon, wich is unlucky, because he gets in very difficult places?
That could work :)

Though, just grabbing the artifact ain't fun.
